I contacted Calvin regarding an ad for a rental home in Denton, Texas; although the property was no longer available, Calvin assured me he would help me find something affordable in the DFW metroplex. Shortly after I made the decision to purchase instead of rent and Calvin dilligently provided leads and showings. Some of the homes I would not have considered at first glance but Calvin researched and spoke with other agents resulting in my viewing most of the homes.
